Last Saturday - iDareU & APS Staff took 20 middle school kids from the City of Atlanta to the UGA vs. Ole Miss game. When we came together our initial thoughts were to give the kids from Atlanta an experience they would remember the rest of their lives.
We definitely pulled it off.
For some of these kids this was their first college game attending, and quite frank might be their last.
Our goal with this event was to give them a glimpse of what their lives can become if they dedicate themselves to make it come true.
All of them will not get what we're trying to do, but it's all worth it if most of them do.
The saying goes, "It takes a village to help kids achieve their goals."
We accept the challenge!
